From Interstate 95 (North or South)
Take Exit 19 "Rye/Playland Parkway." This puts you on Playland Parkway. Take the first exit immediately on your right for "Harrison." Make a right off the exit. At the first light make a right onto Theodore Fremd Avenue. The first building on your left is number 350, Rye Executive Plaza. We are located on the first floor.
From Hutchinson River Parkway Northbound
Take Exit 23 "Mamaroneck Avenue." At traffic light at end of exit, turn right onto Mamaroneck Avenue. Continue straight on Mamaroneck Avenue for about a mile. Take the turnoff for I95 (the road will curve sharply to the left; the turnoff is on the right). Take I95 North "To Connecticut." The first exit will be Exit 19. Continue as above.
From Merrit Parkway Southbound
Take the exit for 287 East "Connecticut/Whitestone Bridge." 287 will end and split into I95 North and South. Take the exit for I95 South (which is to the right). Continue as above.
